Orso

Orso is a magnificent mixed breed Shepherd just under a year old. 🐾

He arrived at the shelter because his previous family already had another dog and unfortunately could no longer dedicate the time he needed for his education and socialization.

At first glance, Orso may seem a bit shy. But once he trusts you, he reveals his true personality: a young dog who is very affectionate, close to humans, and in search of cuddles. ❤️

Like any dog of his age, Orso is full of energy and loves to expend it. His education is still ongoing, and he will need a family willing to invest time, patience, and kindness to teach him the basics and support him in his development.

On a leash, he can be reactive towards certain dogs out of fear. Like many shepherd-type dogs, he also tends to want to nip at people who run or bicycles. Therefore, education and socialization work will be essential to help him gain confidence and adopt the right behaviors.

Orso still struggles with solitude. When left alone, he gets stressed and tends to bark. He will need a home ready to gradually support him in this learning process.

He will be neutered soon.

🐱 Cats: OK.

🐶 Dogs: to be evaluated based on individuals; socialization work will be necessary.

👧 Children: OK, but he may jump due to excitement. Therefore, respectful children and a family ready to continue his education will be needed.
